Job Details

Job Purpose:To drive sales and marketing with the Market Managers in MENA by developing and executing campaigns, managing social media, analysing market trends, and creating content to promote the company's products. This role will suit someone creative, data-driven, and strategic, aiming to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:To lead Marketing activities for the company in MENA including all elements of the marketing mix – Brand, Trade, Consumer and Digital. Planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Create the Marketing Plan for MENA including aligning on Metrics and Activity with Global Marketing Writing and producing marketing materials, including blog posts, ads, and social media content. Work closely with the Regional Manager and Market Manager to drive sales and marketing in MENA region and achieve sales and marketing metrics Visit customers in the MENA region to drive sales and trade marketing initiatives with customers Be visible and attentive in the region to customer requirements and to build the company's sales and market success Drive local marketing plan and execute marketing activities – tastings, POS display, promotions, campaigns, online and offline and grow the brand amongst MENA consumers Lead local the company's campaigns including Ramadan, Back to School and other seasonal campaigns Work to localize the marketing of the company's brand to create significant consumer demand for the company's products Grow the company's brand unprompted and prompted awareness throughout MENA and work in with Global Product Manager to drive consumer marketing metrics. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like web traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to refine strategies and other reports as required. Work with the company's global Sales and Marketing to land new POSM and High Impact displays across the MENA region. Working with sales teams, designers, and web developers to align messaging.
Qualifications A Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing is preferred Fluent in Arabic and English 5+ years marketing experience in the gulf region Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and CRM tools. Experience developing and executing Marketing plans and campaigns and managing a budget Creativity, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Dealing with reputable FMCG company ideally in a food or fruit company Strong computer literacy including experience in Microsoft Office suite Experience managing/updating websites and social media platforms Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers As part of a fast-paced team environment, happy to turn your hand to anything and pitch in with administrative tasks, as required Able to travel through the region
