Job Title: FP&A and Investor Relations Manager Job Summary: The FP&A and Investor Relations Manager will lead financial planning, performance analysis, and investor communications. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and delivering accurate insights to senior management and investors, while supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining strong relationships with shareholders and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business growth. Analyze financial performance, variances, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management. Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership. Support business units with financial analysis, cost optimization, and profitability assessments. Investor Relations:Act as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders. Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, financial disclosures, and board-level reports. Support earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and analyst briefings. Ensure consistent, transparent, and accurate communication of financial results and company strategy. Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to support messaging and positioning. Governance & Collaboration:Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, disclosure requirements, and internal policies. Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Strategy, and Executive teams to align financial and investor messaging. Support IPO-related activities, capital raises, or financing initiatives when required. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, or related roles. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and investors. Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and corporate governance. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and financial reporting tools; ERP experience preferred.
