Job Summary: The Land Surveyor is responsible for performing accurate surveying works for construction projects, including towers and high-rise buildings. The role involves setting out, measurements, and coordination with site and engineering teams to ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:Carry out land, topographic, and construction surveys for towers and high-rise building projects. Perform setting out for foundations, columns, axes, and elevation levels. Ensure accuracy of measurements using total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments. Interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with site engineers and consultants regarding surveying activities. Check alignments, levels, and dimensions during all stages of construction. Prepare survey reports and as-built drawings when required. Maintain surveying records and ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor. Proven experience working on towers and high-rise building projects. Proficient in using modern surveying equipment and software. Good knowledge of construction site practices. Ability to work independently and accurately under site conditions.
