Shira Saudi is expanding its footprint in the irrigation sector, and we’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Engineers – Irrigation to join our team. This is a key role for an experienced professional who understands the Saudi market and can drive growth through strong technical expertise and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies for irrigation products and solutions across Saudi Arabia.- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and key clients.- Provide technical support, product presentations, and solution recommendations to customers.- Identify new business opportunities and lead project pursuits from specification to closing.- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to support strategic planning.- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
???? Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in irrigation sales within the Saudi market.- Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, pumps, valves, controllers, and related products.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom
