Job Purpose:Provide oversight and supervision of professional examination activities at SOCPA, including question writing, exam model preparation, marking, review of results, and studies, in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:Follow up and supervise teams responsible for writing professional examination questions. Follow up and supervise teams responsible for preparing examination question models. Follow up and supervise teams responsible for marking professional examinations. Follow up and supervise teams responsible for reviewing professional examination results. Follow up and supervise studies teams related to professional examinations. Coordinate with contracted entities to receive professional examination questions and upload them to automated systems. Develop and maintain the professional examinations database. Supervise data entry activities related to the examinations database. Prepare contract templates for experts and consultants, assignment letters, and follow up on their entitlements. Prepare and review payment orders for experts and consultants related to examination activities prior to disbursement. Prepare reports and statistics related to professional examinations. Review and process professional examination exemption requests. Supervise the printing of professional examination question papers. Manage the marking of professional examinations conducted by marking consultants. Submit examination results and marking reports to SOCPA. Provide support to assigned examination supervisors and respond to inquiries related to examination models. Ensure continuous updating of examination topics after approval by the competent department within SOCPA.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. SOCPA Fellowship (mandatory). Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
