Job Details

A Recruitment Specialist identifies, attracts, screens, and hires top talent by managing the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and networking to conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, ultimately filling organizational staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Post job ads, network online/offline, attend career fairs, and build talent pipelines. Review resumes, conduct phone screens, interview candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to assess qualifications. Communicate with applicants, manage the application process, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience. Work with department heads to define job requirements and build annual hiring plans. Track key metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire), maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure compliance. Assist with the initial stages of onboarding new hires.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree3 - 4 Years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with recruitment software and HR databases. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring targets. Bilingual (English / Arabic)
