Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Jeddah. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales operations, leading and training a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role includes conducting sales analysis, improving team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, developing strategies to enhance sales performance, and providing ongoing support to the sales team.
