???? Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ???? Experience: 2–4 years ???? Duration: 11 months (Feb–Dec 2026) ???? Openings: 3 positions ⏱ Work Model: 4 days/week | 8 hours/day We’re looking for energetic and organized Co-Trainers to support the delivery of engaging classroom and experiential training programs. What you’ll do:· Support end-to-end training delivery and coordination· Prepare and manage training/game stations (dartboard, marble games, ball-point games)· Guide participants and assist with session transitions· Support logistics, setup, and material readiness· Arrive 1 hour early to assist with training setup· Coordinate closely with the lead trainer· Assist with post-training cleanup and equipment packing What we’re looking for:· Fluent in English· Exposure to soft skills / behavioral training programs· Experience coordinating classroom and virtual training sessions· Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills????
