Kinetic is working with a leading Multinational Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Procurement Manager to be based in Riyadh.

Key aspects of the role include:
Act as the primary link between Procurement and the business, representing procurement across assigned locations. Drive effective procurement solutions and processes aligned to local, regional, and category needs. Lead and support procurement delivery teams, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Provide local insights to support global and regional category and supplier strategies. Contribute to strategic workforce planning and long-term resource alignment. Drive value through prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and aligned procurement solutions. Serve as a procurement ambassador and key business partner, optimizing the end-to-end procurement experience and promoting policy and system adoption. Support target setting and annual planning using data and analytics. Enable continuous improvement through new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement category initiatives locally. Build strong relationships across procurement teams and stakeholders. Support supplier management, innovation, risk mitigation, and CSR initiatives.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum five years’ experience in procurement, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals. Fluency in English. Strong understanding of business operations, spend management, analytics, and decision-making processes. Proven leadership, communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills. Experience in Category Management with knowledge of key spend areas and cost levers. Proficiency in procurement systems and digital sourcing tools, with awareness of legal and compliance risks.
