Position Title : Civil BIM Engineer Work Location: Qiddiya, Riyadh Joining Availability: Immediate
Job Purpose :We are seeking a highly skilled Civil BIM Engineer to lead civil engineering design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) development for infrastructure components across all project phases. The role requires ensuring constructability, effective coordination, and seamless integration with architectural, landscape, and MEP disciplines through the use of Civil 3D and Revit , Navisworks platforms.
Key Responsibilities :Develop, coordinate, and update Revit and Civil3D BIM models (LOD 300–500) for civil and infrastructure works in alignment with project standards. Integrate civil infrastructure models with architectural, landscape, and MEP models ensuring clash-free coordination. Prepare construction and shop drawings derived from BIM models. Lead QA/QC checks for model accuracy, metadata compliance, and documentation standards. Support site implementation with digital models, visualization, and as-built updates. Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and contractors to resolve design conflicts. Provide technical support and guidance to junior BIM engineers and designers on modeling best practices. Coordinate with the procurement and planning teams to ensure design outputs meet construction sequencing requirements. Assist in training and onboarding site and office teams on BIM tools, workflows, and digital processes.
Qualifications Requirements :B. Sc. in Civil Engineering or related field (mandatory) Certified Civil3D Professional or equivalent BIM certification – preferred
Experience & Skill Requirements :6+ years total experience in civil engineering design, including 4+ years using Civil3D and Revit for BIM authoring and coordination. Proven experience in grading, drainage, roads, utilities, and infrastructure coordination with multi-disciplinary teams. Familiarity with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
