Inside Sales Associate Join a fast-growing health-tech company redefining health in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition, convert qualified leads, and deliver an exceptional sales experience across our digital health programs.
This is a 100% onsite, full-time role for individuals who are target-driven, confident communicators, and eager to grow within a high-impact digital health environment.
What You Will Do:Manage inbound and outbound sales via calls, Whats App, and chat Engage and educate prospective customers on our health programs Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans Convert qualified leads into paying customers while maintaining high service standards Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRMAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIsSales Optimization: Share customer insights to improve scripts, offers, and onboarding flows
Commitment and Compensation Schedule: Full-Time (6 days per week) Location: Riyadh (Onsite) Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions (details shared during interview) Growth: Clear performance-based career progression within the sales or commercial team
What We Require We are seeking a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment:Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluent Arabic required; English is a strong plus Experience in health, wellness, insurance, or subscription-based services is an advantage Comfortable using CRM systems, Whats App, and digital sales tools Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in a remote work setup
