Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to support banking transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Real Estate Finance, Mortgage, and CRM systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to shape digital and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Act as a functional Business Analyst embedded within banking business teams Gather, structure, and validate business requirements for mortgage and retail banking initiatives Analyse end-to-end mortgage and real estate finance customer journeys Translate business needs into: Functional specifications User stories Process flows Support CRM initiatives across requirements, design validation, and UATIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements in mortgage operations Maintain clear documentation and requirement traceability Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement Collaborate daily with stakeholders and delivery squads to ensure alignment
Required Experience & Skills5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services Strong domain knowledge in:Real Estate Finance Mortgage lifecycle Credit assessment and collateral processes Experience working on CRM projects (Siebel is a strong plus) Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and documentation tools Strong analytical thinking and structured documentation skills Experience working directly with business stakeholders in client environments Familiarity with Saudi banking regulations and government integrations (KYC, credit bureau, etc.) is highly preferred Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Must have a transferrable IQAMA
