As we expand across the region, we’re looking for a driven Saa S Sales Executive (Entry-Level) to accelerate growth, onboard merchants, and build long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Full Sales Cycle Ownership Identify, prospect, and engage new merchants and business operators who can benefit from Qawafel’s procurement, invoicing, and payment solutions. Lead discovery calls to understand client purchasing workflows, finance operations, and operational pain points. Position Qawafel as a core operating system for procurement and payments, tailored to each client’s needs. Deliver clear, value-driven product demos highlighting automation, cost control, and operational efficiency. Prepare proposals, manage pipelines, and consistently close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Negotiate contracts with strong commercial awareness and a Saa S mindset (subscriptions, usage, expansions). Own onboarding and activation to ensure smooth adoption of the platform. Act as the main point of contact post-sale to drive engagement, retention, and long-term value. Provide training, follow-ups, and basic product support to ensure successful usage. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities (additional modules, users, or transaction volume). Coordination & CRM Excellence Collaborate closely with product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, opportunities, and accounts. Share customer insights and feedback to improve sales processes and strengthen product-market fit as Qawafel scales.
Requirements Entry-level role – perfect for fresh graduates looking to start their career in Saa S sales.1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management is a plus (Saa S or fintech preferred). Strong hunter mentality with confidence in outbound sales, demos, and deal closing. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple sales cycles simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with business owners and finance teams. Bonus points for experience in Saa S, procurement systems, invoicing, payments, ERP, fintech, or B2B platforms.
