Job Summary:The Head of Marketing will drive the marketing strategy for our telecom and ICT solutions portfolio, enhancing brand presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role requires strong experience in the telecom and technology sectors, with a track record of leading high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, B2B, and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing Leadership:Develop and execute marketing strategies for telecom and ICT solutions aligned with business objectives. Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape within the telecom and ICT sectors. Define brand positioning and value propositions for enterprise and consumer segments. Digital & Technology Marketing:Oversee integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, events, and industry conferences. Drive thought leadership initiatives such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars for ICT solutions. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation. Brand & Product Management:Strengthen the company’s brand presence in the telecom and ICT markets. Collaborate with product teams to market new ICT solutions effectively. Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team with expertise in telecom and ICT. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Budgeting & Performance Reporting:Manage the marketing budget effectively. Track KPIs, generate reports on marketing performance, and provide insights to CEO.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Telecom, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in telecom, ICT, or technology solution marketing. Proven experience in B2B and B2C telecom/ICT marketing campaigns.
