Handle all aspects of luxury travel planning, including:Commercial and private flight bookings5-star and luxury accommodations Chauffeured and high-end ground transportation Exclusive dining, event, and entertainment reservations Use Amadeus or equivalent GDS to issue, modify, and manage air tickets in real-time. Liaise with global partners including airlines, hotel groups, DMCs, private jet charters, and premium service providers. Act as a dedicated point of contact, offering 24/7 concierge-style support before and during travel. Prepare detailed travel reports, expense tracking sheets, and post-trip feedback summaries. Proactively anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional, discreet service. Maintain absolute confidentiality, respecting personal preferences and any special requirements.???? Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Diploma in Travel & Tourism is acceptable with strong relevant experience. Certifications in Amadeus or GDS systems are highly preferred.???? Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:Luxury travel services Concierge/VIP client management High-end hospitality or aviation Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus (required); familiarity with Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms is a plus. Proven ability to manage elite clientele in travel, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle services. Background in 5-star hotels, DMCs, or private aviation is a significant advantage.????
