Lead the Control Center team to ensure real-time fleet monitoring, timely incident response, and smooth day-to-day operational coordination to maintain service continuity and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities Manage the Control Center daily operations and supervise the team to ensure consistent coverage and fast response. Monitor fleet movements in real time, identify deviations (delays, route changes,unplanned stops), and coordinate immediate corrective actions. Receive operational alerts and incidents, classify them, assign actions to the rightstakeholders, and follow through until closure. Coordinate with dispatch, operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to reduce downtimeand support continuity of service. Track adherence to the daily operational plan and highlight gaps, constraints, and bottlenecks for quick resolution. Prepare regular operational updates and concise reports for management, focusing on fleet status, exceptions, and major issues. Support incident handling by ensuring proper documentation, timelines, and communication across all involved parties. Coach, guide, and evaluate Control Center staff performance, ensuring discipline,accountability, and teamwork. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements during monitoring and incident handling. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in fleet operations, control center, logistics, or transportation roles, with th at at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial position.
