As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a Parts Manager in one of our newest divisions in KSA, Arabian Frontier Company – MHERO & VOYAH. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
What you’ll do?
• Develop and execute the strategic parts business plan to achieve sales, profitability, and inventory turnover targets for Mhero & Voyah.• Oversee daily parts department operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and issuing parts to service technicians and wholesale customers.• Manage and lead the parts team, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure high productivity and customer service.• Proactively identify and implement improvements in parts processes, inventory management systems, and product offerings to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.• Maintain strong communication with internal departments (Service, Sales) and external contacts (suppliers, wholesale accounts) to ensure parts availability and resolve issues.
Who you are?
• You hold a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.• You possess in-depth knowledge of automotive parts, inventory control principles, and dealership management systems.• You have a proven track record of 5+ years of experience in parts management within an automotive dealership, with strong leadership and team management skills.• You are a skilled communicator and negotiator, adept at building relationships with both internal teams and external partners.• You are a proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach to optimizing inventory, controlling costs, and improving departmental processes.
