Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead to join our team in Riyadh on a project-based contract, with the potential to move into a full-time role. This position is well-suited for someone who excels at executing provided creative directions while leading design delivery and maintaining high visual standards. You’ll be responsible for translating approved concepts and briefs into high-quality visual outputs, ensuring consistency across all design materials, and overseeing design execution from start to finish. You’ll also support and guide the design team, manage deadlines, and ensure work is delivered efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications5+ years of experience in graphic design or a senior design role Experience in the events and creative industry is a strong advantage Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution and attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)3D design skills are a plus Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout Ability to lead design execution and maintain quality across projects Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English and Arabic Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
