???? Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Business Development & Operations Supervisor to lead client acquisition and manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong working relationships with major e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Noon, etc.) and hands-on experience in managing courier fleets, riders/drivers, and service quality.
This is a hybrid role combining business development and operations execution, with attractive incentives tied directly to revenue growth and operational performance.
???? Key Responsibilities
Business Development • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, and similar marketplaces). • Identify new business opportunities in last-mile delivery, express logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment. • Negotiate commercial terms with clients and support contract onboarding. • Achieve monthly revenue and volume targets. • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B logistics customers.
Operations & Last-Mile Management • Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations (cars/bikes), ensuring SLA, OTIF, and quality targets are met. • Manage riders/drivers onboarding, scheduling, productivity, and performance. • Coordinate route planning, dispatch, and delivery optimization. • Handle operational escalations, customer complaints, and platform KPIs. • Monitor costs, fuel, manpower, and fleet utilization to improve margins. • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and client requirements.
Reporting & Coordination • Prepare weekly operational and sales performance reports. • Coordinate closely with finance for billing, reconciliation, and collections. • Support management in pricing, incentive design, and growth strategy.
✅ Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years experience in logistics / last-mile delivery / e-commerce operations in Saudi Arabia. • Existing relationships or hands-on working exposure with Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms is mandatory. • Strong understanding of last-mile KPIs, rider management, and delivery platforms. • Proven ability to generate business and manage operations simultaneously. • Experience managing drivers/riders (cars & bikes). • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus). • Must be based in Riyadh and available for immediate joining. • Saudi driving license preferred.
