Job Details

We are seeking a highly professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth executive office operations, effective communication, and confidential handling of all executive matters.
Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and executive documents Draft professional letters, memos, and communications on behalf of management Act as a key liaison between executive management, internal departments, and external stakeholders Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper document control and confidentiality Support executive office operations, logistics, and ad hoc management requests
Key Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Administrative Assistant Proven experience supporting senior executives in a professional environment Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Proficiency in Canva, photoshop, or any similar programs is a plus Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field Professional training in executive assistance or document control is a plus Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
