Sales Manager – B2B Saa S
Our client is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth with high-value enterprise clients across KSA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling Saa S business at the forefront of digital solutions. You will lead a team to take full ownership of the sales cycle- from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and closing- delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise clients, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Manage a team of BDRs and improve and optimize the current sales strategy Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies to identify, engage, and convert key prospects. Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial outcomes. Conduct engaging product demos and presentations, articulating the platform’s value proposition. Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools. Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous improvement. Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and new developments in Saa S and AI.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in Saa S; experience in AI/IOT is highly advantageous.3 years of working in a leadership position and a proven track record of influencing and leading a team to success Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Highly motivated and target-driven, with a consultative approach to sales. Strong understanding of financial platforms or accounting Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
