Westinghouse LVMV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative/ Engineer to join our growing team. Job Summary:The Sales Representative/Engineer is responsible for generating sales, achieving/ exceeding targets, providing technical support, and building strong customer relationships. This involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers. Develop and execute a sales plan. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support. Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records. Provide technical expertise regarding product specifications, applications, and installations. Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve customers’ technical issues. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct regular customer visits and meetings. Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction. Contribute to brand approval and enlisting in clients’ vendor lists. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications:Bachelor's/ diploma degree in electrical engineering with 2-3 years of experience,Proven track record of success in sales (preferred, but entry-level may be considered). Technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
