Key Responsibilities Implementation & Project Delivery Lead technical design and architecture for SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects. Develop and customize SAP solutions using ABAP, OO ABAP, and modern SAP development frameworks. Design and implement SAP Fiori/UI5 applications aligned with business needs. Build and enhance OData services using SAP Gateway for Fiori integration. Collaborate with functional teams to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support system integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities. Support & Maintenance Provide ongoing L2/L3 support for SAP ABAP and Fiori applications in production environments. Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and deliver timely resolutions. Perform bug fixes, performance optimization, and continuous system improvements. Handle change requests, enhancements, and maintenance activities. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of SAP applications. Technical Leadership Guide and mentor junior developers and technical consultants. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, coding standards, and Clean Core principles. Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and functional-technical specifications. Required Skills & Experience10+ years of strong experience in SAP ABAP development. Hands-on expertise in:SAP Fiori/UI5 development SAP S/4HANA implementations SAP Gateway & OData Services CDS Views, AMDP, HANA optimization Experience in both project implementation and support/maintenance environments. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications (ABAP, Fiori, S/4HANA) are a plus. Knowledge of RAP model, SAP BTP integration is an advantage. Experience in Agile delivery environments.
