We are looking for a seasoned People Partner to drive hiring for the Commercial department in Saudi Arabia. The role demands strong stakeholder management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to represent the organisation credibly with all candidates.
Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Own and drive end-to-end hiring across assigned business units, from workforce planning to offer closure and onboarding Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team dynamics Ensure a strong candidate experience and act as a professional brand ambassador for the organization Manage senior-level and niche hiring with confidence and discretion Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted People Partner to business stakeholders, providing guidance on people-related matters Translate business goals into effective people and hiring strategies Influence and challenge stakeholders where needed with data-backed insights
Employee Engagement & Culture Support and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention Actively identify engagement gaps and recommend practical interventions Drive communication, feedback mechanisms, and people-focused programs Partner with business leaders to manage Rewards & Recognition programs, including nominations, reviews, and communication of outcomes
Employee Relations (ER) Handle employee relations matters including grievances, performance concerns, misconduct, and policy interpretation Conduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of ER cases Provide guidance to managers on performance management and difficult conversations
What you'll need:Proven 2-3 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to HRBP responsibilities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with maturity and confidentiality Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance people and performance Experience in fast-paced environments (e-commerce/startups preferred)
