Role Summary :
The Prompt & Conversation Engineer supports the delivery of conversational AI solutions by translating approved business and technical requirements into structured prompts, conversation flows, and agent configurations. The role works closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Senior Engineers to implement use cases and prepare solutions for quality assurance and testing. This role is execution-focused and suitable for early-career candidates seeking hands-on experience in conversational AI and prompt engineering.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in translating requirements and use cases into prompts and conversational flows. Support the configuration of conversational AI agents. Help design and document conversation flows, intents, entities, and fallback logic. Implement prompts and basic agent behaviors. Support functional testing and validation of agent behavior. Update prompts and flows based on QA feedback and test results. Maintain organized documentation for prompts, flows, and implemented use cases. Participate in internal reviews and walkthroughs of delivered configurations. Continuously learn best practices in prompt engineering and conversational AI design. Required Qualifications :Saudi National. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or fresh graduate with strong interest in AI). 0–2 years of experience in conversational AI, or related technical roles. Understanding of conversational AI concepts (intents, flows, prompts). Familiarity with LLM-based systems and prompt-writing principles. Knowledge of APIs and integrations is a plus. Good documentation and communication skills. Fluent in Arabic and English.
