Job Title: CRM Specialist Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Company: Confidential Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, improving customer journeys, supporting sales and marketing teams, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and automation. This position plays a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through effective CRM utilization. Key Responsibilities:CRM Management & Optimization Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Configure workflows, automation, pipelines, and dashboards to support business objectives. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls. Sales & Marketing Enablement Support sales teams with lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline visibility. Collaborate with marketing to manage campaigns, segmentation, and customer journeys. Ensure effective lead scoring, routing, and follow-up processes. Data Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and trends. Analyze customer data to provide insights on conversion rates, engagement, and retention. Support forecasting and performance reviews with accurate CRM data. Integration & System Support Coordinate CRM integrations with other systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support tools. Work with IT and vendors to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements. Support CRM upgrades, new feature rollouts, and user adoption initiatives. User Training & Governance Train users on CRM best practices and ensure consistent usage across teams. Develop CRM documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Enforce CRM governance and data quality standards. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a CRM specialist or administrator role. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hub Spot, or similar. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and CRM analytics. Experience with CRM automation, reporting, and data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Key Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy.
