HR Officer Saudi Arabia | Nawras Power Company, Nairyah Nawras Power Company is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support and manage end-to-end HR operations while ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and support recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding Handle onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Operate and manage Saudi government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, etc.) Coordinate Visa processing, Iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, and related employee documentation Coordinate payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR reporting in collaboration with Finance Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi Labor Law Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications Assist in training, development, and succession planning activities Organize and support HR events and employee engagement programs Handle general office administration tasks, including coordination with vendors and service providers Utilize advanced MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) and HR systems to manage HR operations Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management
