About The Opportunity

Ultimate Peaks is expanding its sales team and is seeking Sales Consultants to join on a commission-based collaboration model. This role suits professionals who can open doors, build relationships, and drive results with flexibility and autonomy.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating and developing sales opportunities for Ultimate Peaks' services.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with business owners, founders, executives, and HR leaders Identify and qualify potential clients Present Ultimate Peaks' value proposition Arrange introductory meetings with clients Follow up until opportunities reach a serious stage Coordinate with management during deal closure

Pricing, negotiation, and contract signing are handled by the company.

Executive Search & Recruitment HR & Organizational Consulting Leadership & Development Programs Assessment, Audit, and Setup Services Additional services as the company expands

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to independently source and qualify leads Professional presence with senior stakeholders Results-driven mindset and self-discipline Familiarity with consulting, recruitment, HR, or B2B services is a plus Existing network in Saudi Arabia is an advantage Fluency in English is required

Benefits

Compensation:

Commission-based model (no fixed salary) Fixed commissions per closed deal Commission paid after contract signing and payment collection Mix of core (higher-value) and smaller training deals

Work Model:

Highly flexible, mostly remote No fixed working hours In-person client meetings may be required when needed Can be combined with a current role (no conflict of interest)
