The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, creating relationships with potential clients, selling insurance policies, analyzing customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and coordinating with the insurance brokerage team to meet sales targets. Qualifications Strong skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales strategies Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes Excellent Customer Service capabilities for building and maintaining client relationships Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively within a team Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
