Education: Bachelor of Science, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Related Preferred: ITIL v3+ Foundation Skills & Competencies: Continuous Improvement Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills Service and customer oriented Process Oriented & disciplined Strong analytical/problem solving skills Ability to influence & educate Proven ability to successfully interface with service providers and vendors Minimum Experience: 5+ years’ experience working in a large company or with a government entity Key Accountabilities Experience with OT and/or Manufacturing a plus Building and creating images for use on Desktop computers utilizing automation technology such as SCCM, Intune and Microsoft Endpoint manager Deploying Desktop computers, monitors, docking station, peripherals software licenses to end users to be able to perform their day to day duties Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with OKTA a plus. As well as Managing user permissions Strong experience with SCCM/Intune/Endpoint manager for managing endpoints centrally Strong experience with GPO (Server Policies) and Login Scripts Review with Cyber Security Patches that need to be deployed to the clients and develop rollout plan Engineering, Build, Deployment and Operation of IT Services to CEER customers Work with and build good relationships with External Service Providers and Product Vendors Develops and maintains technology service, technical standards and process documents relating to Desktop IT services Is responsible for root cause analysis and subsequent resolution of action items affecting equipment reliability for Desktop IT services and reduction of failure rates and downtime of IT/OT services Develop maintenance strategies to support and improve MTBF Develop & Plan maintenance activities for the weekly work schedule Develops maintenance strategies and plans to maintain all production and non-production assets to support business operations Contribute to the Knowledge System and share knowledge within the first line support team Manage ongoing technology delivery to service level agreements from projects to application and business owner for the Desktop Recommends Cost savings/efficiencies Proactive in learning and taking certifications for desktop, cloud etc Utilize automation tools such as Ansible to speed up tasks and increase quality Windows patch version control for Windows 10 and 11. Able to write code in any of the following (Power Shell, Visual Basic, Java Script, Python, C#) Maintaining and monitoring the CEER AD, Intune, Endpoint Servers Develop and enhance system usage efficiency Maintaining software and system updates Exchange Server to Office 365 Cloud or Office Cloud to on Premises Exchange Server Knowledge of Cross Forest Migration, Import/Export PST Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange version 2016, Office 365 Knowledge of Planning, Deployment and Troubleshooting Exchange Issues Knowledge with e Discovery, Legacy Hold, Legal Hold, DLP, IRM, Autoforward, Autoreply. Calendar room/resource creation Troubleshooting issues like Mail Flow, Accepted Domains, Smart Hosts, relays, email gateway, attachment scanning Email Queue, Size Limits, Outlook Web Access Assist with troubleshooting complex tickets, working with other teams, vendors, or users in diagnosing and resolving office 365 issues Knowledge of Various Office 365 Apps like Teams, One Drive, Share Point Adding users to IT Systems e.g. Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA etc Managing user permissions Maintaining software and system updates Planning and deploying security updates Ensure Purchase orders are released and tracked Reciept goods with the responsible area person and accept in the system, track payment to Infrastructure and Operations vendors Track Infrastructure licenses
