Lead and develop the design team, overseeing the full creative process from concept to final delivery. Establish and implement design strategies aligned with FEIZO’s luxury vision and brand identity. Supervise one-of-one bespoke designs and high-profile client projects. Produce innovative concepts and high-quality visual presentations. Stay ahead of global design trends and integrate them into the company’s projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and expectations.
???? Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design or luxury product design. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire creative teams. Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, 3D visualization tools, Adobe Suite). Exceptional aesthetic sense with the ability to create distinctive, signature design directions. Excellent communication skills and experience working with high-profile clients. A high-quality design Portfolio is required.
