We are looking for a professional Odoo Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves working on the current Odoo system, resolving technical issues, and developing new features and modules based on business needs. Job Title Odoo Developer Job Objective To manage and develop the existing Odoo system, ensure its stability, improve performance, and add new features that support the company’s operational and administrative processes. Duties and Responsibilities Analyze and effectively resolve technical issues in the Odoo system Develop and customize new modules based on business requirements Modify and enhance existing modules Integrate Odoo with external systems or services (APIs) when needed Optimize system and database performance Test updates and ensure they do not negatively impact the system Document development work and system changes Provide technical and functional support to internal users Perform system updates when required (Upgrade / Migration) Qualifications and Requirements Practical experience in Odoo development (preferably 2+ years) Strong proficiency in Python Experience with the Odoo Framework Good knowledge of Postgre SQLExperience with XML / Java Script / HTML / CSSGood understanding of business processes (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.) Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions Commitment and ability to work full-time Good communication skills and ability to work within a team Experience with Odoo v18
