We are looking for a skilled SAP System Engineer to manage, monitor, and support our SAP S/4HANA environment. You will serve as a bridge between functional, technical, and business teams, ensuring system stability, performance, and successful delivery of projects and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate SAP system activities across functional, technical, and Basis teams Monitor system availability, performance, and interfaces; escalate issues as needed Serve as first-level support for SAP incidents, changes, and service requests Support upgrades, patches, transports, and release cycles Coordinate testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure defect resolution Manage SAP transport and change management processes Liaise with SAP vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and audit requirements Maintain system documentation, procedures, and operational standards Track system KPIs and prepare status reports for stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field3+ years’ experience with SAP S/4HANAStrong understanding of SAP architecture and technical processes Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in English, spoken and written SAP certification is a plus
