Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for an Account Executive at Sphera. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored hosting solutions. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, reaching sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction is essential.
Key Responsibilities Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts Actively prospect, qualify, and close opportunities within assigned markets Manage and forecast a structured sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets Identify customer pain points and position hosting, cloud, and network solutions accordingly Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within IT, hosting, cloud, or infrastructure Strong skills in negotiation, objection handling, and deal closing Solid understanding of server hosting, cloud platforms, and network services Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building abilities Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipelines Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
