Role Description Haven Scientific is seeking a talented Warehouse Specialist to assist in handling the daily operations of the warehouse. This role involves maintaining inventory (raw materials and finished products), receiving incoming orders, fulfillment of outgoing orders, and supporting the supply chain processes. As an entry-level position, you will work under the guidance of the Operations Supervisor to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
Job Responsibilities:·Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, Work Instructions (WI’s), and the ISO13485 standards. •Receive, inspect, quarantine, and store incoming materials, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage. •Supply the production team with raw materials according to the manufacturing order (MO), and receive, store, and properly document the finished product after passing QC criteria. •Prepare and fulfill outgoing client orders by picking, packing, and shipping products according to established procedures. •Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts to ensure correct quantities of materials are available. •Organize the warehouse for efficient use of space, ensuring safety standards are met. •Coordinate procurement and logistics operations within the operation team to facilitate smooth movement of goods and supplies. •Track, catalog, and conduct physical audits of inventory to maintain database accuracy for internal & external warehouses. •Any other duties related to warehouse and/or supply chain requested by superiors.
Education for Warehouse Specialist:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Organic Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or any related field.
Experience and skills for Warehouse Specialist:•Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines is a must. •0-1 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics-related environment (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). •No prior understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations is needed, training will be provided. •Ability to handle non-foreseen issues and deviations. •Ability to multitask and work under pressure. •Good communication skills, both oral and written (English and Arabic). •Good writing skills for creating documents, reporting, and planning. •Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and MS Word.
