Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role based in Riyadh. The CEO will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and growth of the organization while ensuring operational excellence. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing business operations, developing and executing strategic plans, fostering relationships with stakeholders, driving financial performance, and enhancing sales initiatives. Additionally, the CEO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, ensure the company's vision is achieved, and maintain a strong market presence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Operations Management and strong expertise in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Comprehensive knowledge in Finance and Business Planning, with a track record of managing budgets and driving profitability. Proficiency in Strategic Planning and ability to define long-term goals and create actionable roadmaps for corporate success. Demonstrated success in Sales and revenue generation, with experience in building and expanding customer and partner relationships. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams to achieve both strategic and operational objectives. Experience in the technology and Saa S industry is preferred. Advanced degree or MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly desirable. Knowledge of the local market and regulations in Riyadh would be an asset.
