Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Director for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. The Sales Director will oversee the sales team, develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include creating sales plans, managing operations to achieve targets, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the sales team to success. The role involves collaboration with different departments to align sales initiatives with company objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations. Proficiency in Customer Service techniques and practices to maintain client satisfaction. Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively. Expertise in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities for revenue generation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is an advantage
