Role Description We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah. This is a strategic position designed for a professional who understands the intersection of business processes and technology. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation till closing contracts and manage the customer account. Your goal will be to generate leads and bring the customers to connect with the functional consultants.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads within the Saudi market, specifically targeting industries that benefit from ERP integration and solutions provided by Lynx. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with SPOC and IT stakeholders. Proposal & Negotiation: Lead the creation of technical proposals and manage contract negotiations to meet and exceed annual sales targets. Account Growth: Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities for new service lines.
Qualifications Technical Sales Background: Proven experience in IT Sales with a solid grasp of ERP systems and general IT infrastructure. Lead Generation Expertise: A track record of successfully building a sales pipeline from scratch. Communication Excellence: Fluent in professional communication, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business owners. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to handle objections and close deals in a competitive market. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Mid-Senior level experience within the IT services or technology sector in the Middle East is highly preferred. Arabic Fluency: Ability to communicate in Arabic language is highly preferred.
