What You’ll Do:You will lead the development of AI systems that transform real estate transactions. Your work will power:Intelligent chat agents that negotiate deals and assist tenants and landlords in real-time. Recommendation systems that match tenants to the right units and suggest the best listings for landlords. Pricing engines that provide data-driven market insights, helping both parties price units accurately. Tools that make adding and discovering listings seamless, creating a personalized and intelligent platform experience.
You’ll design and deploy production-ready LLMs, multi-agent systems, and AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and measurable impact. You will also mentor and guide the AI team, set technical standards, and define frameworks to accelerate innovation.

Requirements:Proven experience leading AI projects, ideally involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent systems. Hands-on experience with Python, Fast API, Docker, cloud deployment, and AI/ML pipelines. Experience building recommendation systems, personalized search, or pricing models. Strong understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and production deployment. Ability to mentor engineers and define technical standards for AI development. Comfortable collaborating across product, data, and engineering teams. Passion for applying AI to real-world problems and exploring innovative solutions.
