Job Details

We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead Cargoz’s B2B SME sales growth in Riyadh and nearby regions. If you have a strong background in logistics sales and thrive on building long-term client relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business acquisition within the SME segment across Riyadh and the surrounding areas Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, procurement teams, and key decision-makers Position Cargoz’s logistics solutions as a critical part of clients’ day-to-day operations Execute market-focused sales strategies to grow revenue and market share Collaborate with operations, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field7–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain Strong understanding of the Saudi logistics landscape and SME ecosystem Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage long sales cycles Excellent communication and relationship-building skills English fluency required | Arabic preferred
