Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Sales and Business Development. The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, and creating strategies to expand Scalera's market presence. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships and developing new partnerships within the Saudi market and beyond.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and driving revenue growth Experience in Account Management and cultivating long-term client relationships Proven ability in Team Management and leadership to inspire and guide sales teams Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying trends, understanding market needs, and optimizing strategies Effective communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in business development Knowledge of the Saudi market and consumer behavior is highly advantageous Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and performance goals Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
