We are looking for a Saudi Planning Engineer to join our real estate development team and play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and progress control for large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans and schedules. Prepare, update, and monitor project timelines. Coordinate with technical teams, consultants, and government authorities. Analyze schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies. Handle municipality requirements and platforms such as Balady.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Planning specialization) or Architecture with proven planning experience.5–15 years of experience, preferably 7+ years in large real estate development projects. Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Auto CAD, Revit, and Arc GIS. Strong knowledge of municipal regulations, SBC, and Urban Authority systems.
