Team Management and Communication skills to lead, collaborate with diverse teams, and foster a positive work environment. Experience in Budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning to ensure fiscal efficiency and profitability. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work in a dynamic business environment. Experience in the e-commerce or marketing industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
