Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Staff Nurses to provide medical and emergency care at remote industrial sites across Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong clinical skills, particularly in ER and ICU settings, and the ability to work independently in challenging environments while complying with Saudi healthcare and labor regulations.
Work Location
Industrial sites located in remote areas across Saudi Arabia
Duty Hours
10 hours per day Overtime applicable as per Saudi Labor Law
Salary & Compensation
Basic Salary: SAR 4,000 Additional Allowance: SAR 300 Overtime: As per Saudi Labor Law

Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid, emergency response, and routine medical care at industrial sites. Handle ER and ICU-level medical situations, including trauma and critical care. Monitor patient conditions and provide immediate interventions when required. Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports. Coordinate with hospitals and emergency services for referrals and evacuations. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and medical protocols. Support occupational health and workplace safety initiatives.
Professional Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification nursing experience. At least 1 year of recent experience in ER and/or ICU. Hospital experience only (clinic experience not accepted). Department (ER / ICU) must be clearly mentioned in experience letters.
Education & Certifications
BSc Nursing (Mandatory). Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Licensing & Eligibility Criteria
SCFHS License (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) – Mandatory. Dataflow verification completed. Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Skills & Competencies
Strong emergency and critical care skills. Ability to work independently in remote locations. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Professional ethics, adaptability, and stress management.
