A fast-growing Saudi-based online lifestyle retail company is seeking a Lead Finance professional to join their team in Jeddah. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and driving business growth.

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A professional to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business. This role will partner closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to provide actionable insights that enable informed decision-making and support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Perform variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop financial models to support business initiatives, pricing strategies, promotional planning, and inventory management. Prepare and present management reports and dashboards with KPIs, highlighting insights for senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance for marketing campaigns, product launches, and operational projects. Monitor and analyze key business metrics such as revenue, gross margin, customer acquisition cost, retention, and lifetime value. Support strategic decision-making by evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and potential partnerships. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting systems, and analytical tools. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA/CPA) preferred.9 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in e-commerce company. Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, SAP). Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
