We are looking to hire a Contracts Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our construction team. Role Overview: The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract conditions, and supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:Administer and manage construction contracts (FIDIC or similar) Handle contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Prepare and evaluate variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOT) Review and support subcontract agreements and commercial documentation Ensure contract compliance and proper record management Support project teams in resolving contractual and commercial issues Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Engineer in a construction company Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) Experience in variations, claims, and contract administration Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Preferred:Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects Familiarity with local construction laws and practices
