Job Description: We are seeking experienced trainers to deliver specialized lectures and workshops on employee mental health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and conducting workshops, as well as delivering engaging lectures. Responsibilities:Design and deliver lectures and training sessions focused on mental health awareness and wellbeing for employees. Facilitate interactive workshops to engage participants and promote practical learning. Collaborate with the HR and Learning & Development teams to tailor content to organizational needs. Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or an equivalent field. Proven experience in conducting trainings, workshops, or lectures in mental health or related areas. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to create interactive and engaging training sessions. Preferred:Certification in training or facilitation. Experience in workplace mental health programs.
