Job Brief:
Seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to spearhead our growth within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in navigating the evolving Saudi transportation and logistics landscape, requiring a leader who can blend strategic foresight with tactical execution to capture market share in the B2B space.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Expansion: Design and execute high-level sales strategies focused on the B2B transportation sector. You will identify untapped market opportunities and develop tailored approaches for territory management and revenue forecasting High-Stakes Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of engagement for government entities and large-scale enterprises, navigating complex procurement cycles and securing long-term partnerships Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability and excellence to ensure all individual and team KPIs are exceeded End-to-End Revenue Ownership: Drive the full sales lifecycle—from sophisticated prospecting and lead generation to complex negotiations and final closing Data-Driven Pipeline Management: Modernize sales tracking by leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to analyze performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and ensure pipeline health Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure our solutions evolve in alignment with the specific technical requirements of the KSA transportation market
Requirements
Proven Track Record: 5+ years of success in B2B Saa S or tech sales, with a documented history of hitting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets Sector Expertise: Substantial experience managing government (G2B) and enterprise-level accounts within Saudi Arabia. Deep knowledge of the transportation/logistics industry is highly preferred Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to coach and scale sales teams in a fast-paced environment Strategic Thinking: The ability to move beyond "selling" to "problem-solving," creating bespoke value propositions for complex logistics challenges Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of cloud-based subscription models, Saa S unit economics, and CRM architecture Communication: Fluent in negotiation and presentation, with the cultural nuance required to operate effectively within the KSA business ecosystem
