About the Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our retail portfolio in CP. The role ensures all stores are safe, well-maintained, and fully operational. What You’ll Do • Oversee all maintenance activities across retail stores • Manage service providers and external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services • Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget without compromising quality • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth store operations What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • 5–10 years of experience in Facilities Management • Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers • Experience in retail environments is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
