About the Role Responsible for managing the retail property portfolio, leading lease negotiations, evaluating new sites, and advising the business on commercial opportunities and risks across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities• Initiate, negotiate, and manage leases from start to finish, including renewals and renegotiations• Review store layouts and manage store opening schedules with stakeholders• Identify, evaluate, and recommend new retail locations (malls & street sites)• Advise on renewals, relocations, or closures of existing stores• Manage property costs and provide commercial and investment analysis• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders• Lead and develop the Real Estate team in line with business needs• Provide advisory support on lease legal matters, insurance, and risk assessment• Prepare reports to keep management and stakeholders informed
